Long-term care directly at home

Senior Care 24 arranges qualified and experienced caregivers for long-term live-in care directly at home. We are a strong choice for families who prefer personal, continuous care over residential facilities, with support throughout the day and night.

Help with personal care, dressing, meals, mobility support and everyday routines.

Household, shopping and activities

Shopping, light household tasks, companionship, shared activities, walks, visits and accompaniment to appointments.

Clear scope of care

Care assistants are not medical staff and do not provide professional medical or nursing procedures such as injections, wound care, catheters, rehabilitation or diagnosis.

A personal approach that makes a difference

My name is Kamila Owczarzyová and I am the founder of SeniorCare24. Together with our team, we help families in the Czech Republic and Germany, where we provide our services under the name HausCare24. We value empathy, patience and open communication.

Contact us

Call or write to us if you are looking for care for yourself or your loved ones. We will gladly advise you free of charge and answer your questions.

Understanding care needs

During the first consultation we go through your situation and key requirements. The questionnaire can be completed by phone or sent by email.

Choosing the right caregiver

Based on your needs, we recommend a suitable candidate, send her profile and can arrange an introductory phone call.

Starting care

We prepare the documents, organize the caregiver’s arrival and remain available throughout the cooperation.

Cost of care

The price always depends on the client’s individual needs and required support. After the questionnaire, we prepare a transparent proposal. As a guide: from CZK 2,100 per day for one person in Czechia; in Germany, from EUR 100 per day for one person and EUR 120 per day for couples, plus travel and service fees.

Care allowance

Seniors may be eligible for public care support. In Czechia, the care allowance is requested through the Labour Office. In Germany, people can apply for a Pflegegrad through their Pflegekasse; the exact benefits depend on the recognized care grade.
